3 Ways your website can help you!
Frustrated with your website?
3 ways your website can:
- Feed Your Sales Funnel
- Free up more time for you to focus on Revenue Generating Activities (RGA)
- Lower your cost of sales.
First, let’s talk expectations. Your website is a tool. How well you use that
tool is not really the websites fault.
- Are you driving people to your website?
- Do you give people a reason to come back?
- Does your website help them become better customers?
Do you need to have a mindset change regarding your website? Remember, it’s
a tool. Do you have a website strategy?
Tony Robbins talks about always getting your standards. What are your standards regarding your website?
Your website is yours, you should be in control of it. In his book, “Platform,” Michael Hyatt
talks about your website being your home base and social media being embassies.
You own your home base — you do not own our embassies. You should always drive
people to your home base.
As promised, here are my three suggestions:
1. Create landing pages for each of your social media. My welcome pages are below.

Here’s why this is important. People will invest their time in your web site if you:
- Make it easy for your visitor to know what to do next.
- Provide them the information they need.
- Serve them!
Don’t buy into the fact no one reads that much anymore. (Unfortunately, we all know someone who has or we have researched a medical diagnosis on line. We wanted information, not brevity)
You would never allow customers to be ignored at your office. Don’t just dump them and forget them on your website. You should create landing pages for all your web ads too.
2. Build your list. Create opt in offers for people to give you the name and email address.
Think of your customers. Why are they visiting your site? Give it to them. Again it’s a time
issue. People can get information from all kinds of sources.
When you give them a roadmap on how to do business with you, you are ahead of the curve.
When you build a list by having a reputation of service and quality. You have incredible revenue
3. Use hidden pages to reduce your repetitive tasks.
Most businesses are trying to do more with less. It’s imperative for you to maximize productivity.
The next time you are hiring, create a video and page to explain the job. Set up an on-line survey for a first call.
Train your team with hidden product pages.
Use hidden pages to reduce the repetitive questions or inquires.
