There are more opportunities to generate revenue than ever before. If your revenue opportunities haven't changed in the past 5 years, perhaps you need to strongly review your systems. Talk to your clients and customers. Where are they being underserved? What can you help them learn? How can you generate money from those services?
Is it time to look at your lack of revenue from a different angle? Is there less resistance at the side entrance than at the front door? Don't be so focused on your path to revenue that you miss a new road that could yield significant impact.

Talk to your front line team, they know your clients.
The final question was simply if money or time was no object, what would you like to do?
There were a lot of motivating answers to this question. Most of the answers talked about adding more service to their work to help the counties they serve. Some talked about more golf and beautiful areas to live in.
